| The mound is located in the village of Çaybasi; district of Merzifon; province of Amasya and was discovered by M. Özsait in 2002. Besides the EBA material; it has also yielded finds belonging to the 2nd millennium BC; Early Iron Age; Middle Iron Age and Roman periods. |
